ABOUT

Hello! I’m Sam and I’ve been a certified life coach for four years, primarily helping people build healthier, more trusting relationships with themselves while navigating faith and relationship transitions.

My goal as a coach is to create a safe, non-judgmental space of deep listening and open-ended exploration, and what a session looks like will depend on what you want to focus on. I believe that when we take the time to get still, go inward, and honestly confront what’s going on with us, we can trust ourselves to know what we need to do moving forward—we don’t need others to tell us, though we may seek wisdom from many different sources.

Examples of what we might focus on in a session include:
- Building a more positive, loving relationship with yourself
- Exploring meaning and purpose
- Identifying unhelpful limiting beliefs and replacing them with more helpful ones
- Setting short- and long-term goals
- Establishing healthy habits and boundaries
- Unshaming everything!
- Lovingly confronting emotions that are getting in the way of you living your best life

We can meet as frequently or sporadically as you see fit—you’re in charge, and you never owe me an explanation. Whether we meet one time or once a week for years, I want you to feel empowered to do coaching on your own terms.

I look forward to getting to know you and hear your story!

PSA: Coaching is currently an unregulated industry in the U.S., which means absolutely anyone can do it. I was certified through the Life Purpose Institute in 2020. Someone being certified doesn’t necessarily mean they’re a good coach, but it is a mini check and balance. Just be careful out there, ok?! You’re your own guru! Never trust me more than you trust yourself!
